Volunteering at Summer Sundae Weekender 2012!

Applications are now open for site crew, stewarding and recycling volunteer positions with De Montfort Hall and Complete Wasters at this year's festival.

Stewarding

Volunteer stewards with De Montfort Hall will be required to work 2 x 8 hour shifts across the weekend and the work includes stewarding in the main arena, camping zone and village area, checking tickets, helping move furniture, helping at the wheelchair platform and providing people with information and directions.

Recycling & Litter Picking

Volunteers with Complete Wasters will be required to work 15 hours over 3 days and the work includes litter picking, sorting recyclables and moving wheeled bins around. The work can be sometimes hard but it is satisfying to be part of our award winning recycling team and help the festival keep up its great green credentials!
