Child and Young Persons Tickets

Please note that Child and Young Persons tickets must be purchased with an Adult Ticket.

If Child or Young Persons tickets are purchased without an Adult Ticket, the ticket buyer will be contacted, the ticket will be made void and we will offer you a refund less any booking fees and charges.

Please also note that there is a limit of 3 tickets for those aged 17 and Under (Child or Young Persons) which can be purchased with each Adult Ticket.

To ensure people enter the festival with the correct tickets you may be asked for ID on arrival. So please remember to bring either a passport, photo driving license, citizen card or pass card (or a clear photocopy) with you to make sure you get in. This applies to Adults and those aged 17 and Under. Please also remember that all those aged 17 and Under must be accompanied by an Adult to enter the festival.

Children aged 0-4 years come free with an Adult, but you must book a ticket for them.

Ticket Collection

All tickets purchased through our website will be 'print at home'.

You will initially receive a confirmation email and later a link to a downloadable PDF ticket. You will receive this link in good time before the event. Once you have your ticket print it out and bring it with you to the festival.

If you do not have access to a printer and therefore can't make use of the print at home option, please either go to the De Montfort Hall Box Office or call on 0116 233 3111.

If you buy your tickets from De Montfort Hall in person or on the phone, you can collect them on arrival at the festival. Tickets will not be sent out in advance and can be collected from Thursday 16th August at 2pm only. Please note that the Booker/Cardholder must be present to collect tickets purchased in this way.

If you purchase a Leicestershire Ticket from a local outlet, you will receive this ticket there and then so please keep it safe.

All ticketholders will then be given a wristband on presenting their ticket at the festival.

Please take care of your wristband as we won't be able to replace it if you lose it.
