Durga Devi Talukdar
My images predominantly fall into the areas of magazine illustration and graphic novels. The current theme of my work is inspired by film, fashion, my research on Japanese mythology and the post war pop culture of Japanese art; drawing heavily from manga, anime and Japonisme.

Within the context of the digitally transferred image, I work by externalising constructs formed through walking and mapping experiential journeys / interventions, generated through mixes / remixes stimulated by the landscape @ 55 degrees north. Using passive and proactive mechanisms I invite the percipient to join my experience.

The document from 1623 century was extradited by James I king of England and Wales. The parchment document and seals were in very poor condition. The aim was not just treat the object to the appropriate physical standard but also deal successfully with ethical conservation issues.

Megan Tillsley
My conservation project reflects my applied arts background. My interest is in mixed media and my final project has three separate areas to be treated, paper, photographs and leather binding. Other areas that interest me are textiles, plastics and artifacts that have been affected by disasters such as fire and flood.
