6:20pm, Sunday, Into The Wild

Rachel Rose Reid

Dubbed Queen of the New Wave of storytellers by BBC Radio 3, and a "rising star" by the Independent on Sunday, Rachel Rose Reid is making a mark as a unique voice, blending spokenword, storytelling and song, that combine oral tradition and urban influence.

She will be performing as a preface to Billy Bragg's Celebration of Woody Guthrie's 100th Birthday, and can also be found telling tales for families at the Bandstand on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
