Lucy Rose

This is an artist firmly on the rise, Warwickshire songstress Lucy Rose is shaping her future like no other new artist. 2012 sees her with huge youtube hits, radio plays and sell out concerts. And she hasn't even released an album yet.

At 18 she began expeimenting with other musicians when she moved to London playing every open mic imaginable. Here she met and became friends with many up and coming musicians, most notably Jack Steadman, frontman of Bombay Bicycle Club, who asked Lucy to sing on their last two albums.

Early singles Middle of the Bed, Scar and Red Face have received constant plays on 6 Music for last single Scar as well as round the clock plays from every specialist DJ at Radio 1, including daytime spins from Fearne Cotton. An album is expected in Summer 2012, be prepared for a confessional long player of disarming intimacy and candid truth.
