The E-State of the Art project was created between Charnwood Arts (Loughborough) and Mantle Arts (Coalville) and funded by The Arts Council.
Artists worked with young people on three estates in Loughborough, and two of these were Old Ashby Rd estate and Shelthorpe.
They did individual projects with the same title called 'What's in a Name?' and this took place during Jan -Feb 2003. The theme of the Moveable Mural was the meaning of names, which was open to interpretation.
The artists who worked on this project were Val Singh, Ali Jacques and Paul Gent.
