Robert Peace was born and raised in Birmingham, UK. He is currently studying photography at London Metropolitan University. He primarily shoots analogue 35mm but explores all formats including digital. He believes that analogue photography is fundamental to the aesthetic of his work.

The colours and textures that are produced within the film manifests ideas of the 'romantic', especially with the chaos and intensity of the shots he takes at night. Due to the nature of his work, many of the names and faces of his subjects remain anonymous.
