In the climate of change at the end of the Twentieth Century, there seems to be a rift between the contrasting views of the utopian visions of infospace, set against the reality of uncertainty that is seeping into peoples everyday life experience.
It's About Time is an energetic collection of artworks selected from across the nation to reflect a few of these issues and to offer positive solutions.
