Fri 24 Oct - Sat 25 Oct "A Day in the Life Of..." Nottingham Broadway Media Centre, Broad St., Hockley. 12 noon Fri - 12 noon Sat. Free. "A Day in the Life Of..." Nottingham..., is a unique internet-based project responding hour by hour to specific locations around the city. Twelve artists from the region are partnered with community groups to create 24 pieces in 24 hours, innovatively addressing issues and concerns that face us as we head towards the millennium. This is a true celebration of Nottingham & Nottinghamshire, giving voice to the joys and difficulties of life in this urban area made up of historically rich, but sometimes isolated, communities. There will be Public Access Points during the 'Live On-Line' event (12 noon Fri to 12 noon Sat). Throughout the festival, audiences can add to the work produced during the 24 hour period, via the public access points (full details on the event flyer) or from individual internet access.
