Workshop: Starting in Linux

After a brief introduction to the Linux operating system, this workshop for beginners will help participants to choose which version of Linux to use, create a bootable CD and run it on their own computerand then install it. Please bring your own computer and make sure that you have made copies of all your important files before you come along.
