I'm 15 now but I can't wait till I'm 16 when I want to try and trace my "real" parents. I don't want to upset my adpotpive mum and dad cos they've been really fantastic, but I need to know about my history and see whether I look like my mother or father, or if I've got any brothers and sisters.
I also read an article recently about hereditary illnesses and I especially worry about things like breast cancer which can run in some families.
I was angry for a long time, about being given away, but I just want to try to understand why they did it. I forgive them now and I'd really like to meet them.
I'm not sure how to go about it, can anybody out there help me? |
