10 THINGS ASIAN GUYS 'N GIRLS DO IN RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships
A lighthearted look at relationships from a teenage Asian perspective.
Relationships1.
Asian guys never like to admit to their mates who they really fancy, especially if she's a bit geeky! They always like to exaggerate what they've done with a girl - but we don't believe them!

2.
Tell your boyfriend not to say hello when out with your parents and don't forget to be on your best behaviour. Remember he is really your best friend's third cousin twice removed on holiday from India and NOT your boyfriend!!
Relationships3.
Hide boyfriend/girlfriend from older generation/prying neighbours AND older brothers.

Have trashy novel to hide behind or better still false moustache and beard handy!

4.
Change name of boyfriend/girlfriend to the opposite sex on your mobile phone in case your parents snoop! Assure boyfriend that having a girl's name is not a comment on his masculinity!
Relationships5.
If going out in car with boyfriend/girlfriend ALWAYS get picked up two streets away from your house, and remember to duck when you see someone you think you know!

6.
If walking with boyfriend/girlfriend in town and spotted, dart into nearest shop at speed and keep your distance from partner! But beware - you may have to pretend you have developed a sudden interest in fishing tackle!
Relationships7.
When going to meet your boyfriend, be sure to tell your parents you are going to the library to study. Make sure they see you pack your text books and not the latest bestseller!
8.
If you see a family friend tell them your boyfriend/girlfriend is a cousin (again!) and carry a blurred family photograph taken 10 years ago!
relationships9.
Always take your short skirt with you and change if going clubbing. Ensure alibi by making sure best friend has told your parents you're staying over at her's!
Relationships10.
Vital cover ups - Don't forget chewing gum and body spray to cover up ciggie smells and boyfriend's aftershave. Oh, and foundation to cover hickies!
